Resourcing Specialist – Hybrid & Early Careers

Penningtons Manches Cooper LLP is seeking a proactive Resourcing Administrator to support day-to-day recruitment processes and act as a super user for our ATS (iCIMS). You will liaise with candidates and stakeholders to schedule interviews, support early careers activities, and drive process improvements.

You will build relationships across the business, champion diversity and inclusion, and help run vacation schemes and assessment centres.
