Wates Property Services is seeking an Assistant Surveyor to back the commercial management of a major social housing planned maintenance and retrofit programme in the Dartford area. You will work with an experienced team to help deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.
Ideal candidates will be degree-qualified (or working towards) in QS/Commercial/Construction Management or related surveying discipline, with strong numerical skills, Excel proficiency and driving licence.
