What You'll Be Doing:

• Delivering engaging, interactive early learning experiences.
• Creating a positive, inclusive environment where every child thrives.
• Providing 1:1 or small-group targeted support for children requiring extra guidance.
• Managing day-to-day nursery dynamics and maintaining strong child engagement.
• Collaborating closely with permanent staff and nursery teams to ensure cohesive care.

What We Need From You:

• CACHE Level 3 Qualification (Essential)
• Proven experience working within nursery/early years settings.
• Strong classroom management and group engagement skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A genuine passion for early education and child development.
