You will join a 24-hour hub delivering a full crisis service across the city, acting as the link between inpatient wards and community teams to support safe discharges.
Working 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri 9am–5pm with some unsocial hours) with a starting salary of £27,099 per annum plus benefits.
