Stockport Homes is seeking two Independent Living Officers (Part-Time 18.5 hrs/wk or Full-Time 37 hrs/wk) to support residents at Brookhead Lodge, helping customers live independently with high-quality housing management and support services. You’ll work with the Independent Living Team and 24/7 Carecall to deliver person-centred assistance and ensure safe, well-maintained homes.
