Swanton is seeking a Children’s Care Team Leader for Holly House in Bolton. You will lead day-to-day shift operations, supporting a service manager and guiding a team to empower children and young people with complex needs. Full-time, 40 hours per week, rota pattern.
Experience with learning disabilities is essential. Must hold or be working towards NVQ Level 3 in Residential Children's Care and be flexible across shifts. We offer a range of staff benefits and development opportunities.
