Senior RVN: HDU & Wards Leader (4-day Week)

Hamilton Specialist Referrals, near High Wycombe, seeks a Senior HDU & Wards Nurse to lead our inpatient services alongside the Clinical Team Leader. You will deliver hands-on care in HDU and wards while guiding the nursing team to maintain high standards.

The role requires an RVN with HDU/ward experience, strong communication, and the ability to lead in a fast-paced referral environment. A specialist or advanced qualification would be advantageous.
