Able Health Care in Leiston is hiring a Senior Residential Support Worker to lead the shift and deliver high-quality care for children aged 9–18. You’ll be responsible for key work, incident response, and ensuring records and plans are followed, with opportunities for progression within a supportive, safety‑conscious home.
The role requires a Level 3 Diploma (or willingness to complete), two years’ experience, and a full UK driving licence. Sleep-ins are part of the pattern.
