Our Children's Residential Home is looking for a Night Team Leader to join our team at Hawthorn House, Swinderby, Lincolnshire

About The Role

We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and a dedicated Night Team Leader to join our team. As a Night Team Leader, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will play a key role in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.

Level 1 - £14.74, Level 2 - £15.77, Level 3 £16.87

You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills through our competency framework, unlocking pathways to increased hourly rates of pay.

About The Candidate

What experience and qualifications do you need:

Computer literacy
A Level 3 in Children's Residential Care or a willingness to work towards
