You will work with the Lead Nurse and GPs to manage chronic conditions, promote health, provide wound care and conduct screening activities including cervical screening and immunisations.
The post involves working on Thursdays and Fridays with a 7:30am start on one of those days, contributing to audits, governance and service development within the practice.
