Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Sales Manager to join our estate agency branch in Cheam Village on a full time, permanent basis.

As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the entire sales process from valuation to completion. You will be responsible for maximising income through various services.

Our Sales Manager will:

• Identify new instruction opportunities
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Facilitate negotiations between all parties
• Stay informed about local property market trends and prices
• Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to completion
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Line manage the Sales Team

It is essential for the role that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle with business use insurance cover.
