Ensuring full compliance with health & food safety standards
Creating an open, honest kitchen culture where people thrive
Building strong comms between kitchen and FOH teams

This is a hands-on role for someone with energy, leadership skills, and a love of consistency and creativity in equal measure.
We are looking for great chefs that are:

Enthusiastic, experienced, and team-focused
Detail-obsessed and committed to quality at every level
Confident working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
Comfortable with ordering, rota planning, and GP control
A mentor who supports others and keeps standards high
