This is an exciting opportunity to join our brand new SEN school, commencing our next phase of expanding our team!
The school provides education to day pupils, and via our unique Turning the Curve provision, to young people who have been disengaged from education for significant periods of time.
We aim to maintain a nurturing and accepting environment for young people who have not had their needs met in other settings. Likewise, we also aim to provide a work/life balance to staff not available in larger schools.
We are seeking an experienced SEN teacher to deliver a Nurture Provision, particularly at primary level. You will play a vital role working alongside our leadership team to support our amazing students to fulfil their potential and to develop their skills.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree
An understanding of SEND, particularly SEMH
Demonstrable and extensive experience and impact in a school or nursery setting
Strong inclusive teaching and behaviour-support strategies
A clear commitment to safeguarding and pupil welfare
