Antrim-Belfast-Elmgrove Primary School in Belfast seeks a Learning Support Coordinator (SENCO) to lead and coordinate SEN provision across the school. The postholder will ensure pupils with SEN receive appropriate support, build staff capacity and work with parents and specialist services to achieve positive outcomes.
You will develop, monitor and review Personal Learning Plans, oversee SEN records, and advise on differentiation and strategies to support participation and achievement.
