Profiles Creative is looking for an ambitious, proactive client handler that understands how to build creator campaigns for brands. Join the team as a Senior Account Manager. You will act as the dedicated day-to-day partner for their clients, guiding campaigns from initial concept through to delivery. If you are an experienced Account Manager eager to take the next leap in your agency career, this role provides the platform to lead client relationships, champion creative work, and use data-backed insights to guide strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take direct ownership of day-to-day client communication, serving as the trusted, proactive point of contact across key accounts.
• Oversee social and creative campaign delivery, coordinating internal creative resources and ensuring deliverables arrive on time and to brief.
• Lead engaging client presentations, status meetings, and strategic check-ins with confidence and clarity.
• Analyse campaign performance metrics and data, translating complex numbers into actionable reporting and strategic recommendations for clients.
• Identify organic opportunities to strengthen client partnerships, proactively offering creative solutions that align with their business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

• Demonstrable experience working within a social-first/influencer agency, ideally creator focused campaigns
• Proven background operating at Account Manager level, with the confidence and capability to step up into a Senior Account Manager role.
• Strong, hands-on experience managing day-to-day client relationships, managing stakeholder expectations, and presenting ideas clearly.
• Solid capability in interpreting performance data, reviewing campaign metrics, and using analytical findings to shape client conversations.
• An outgoing, highly proactive communication style with exceptional organisational and account handling skills.
• Based in the United Kingdom with existing right to work (visa sponsorship is not available).
• Practical experience running influencer marketing campaigns, managing creator partnerships, or handling talent.
• Working knowledge of current social platform developments, creator culture, and emerging digital trends.
