Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on, skilled Senior Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be able to lead on the installation of complex or high-profile displays in the UK and abroad. You will be responsible for large scale, multi-stand projects including full preparation, logistics, quality assurance and client liaison.

What You'll Do

• Actively support management team by contributing to planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Preparing all elements of an install ahead of build, including loading and unloading vans.
• Ensure that all paperwork and processes and completed accurately.
• Contribute to decision-making on-site and in warehouse
• Act as a primary source of Technical Knowledge for the team
• Provide solutions to complex problems and suggest innovative solutions
• Mentor, coach and upskill our T1 and T2 Technicians
• Promote cross-department collaboration and communication
• Undertake additional tasks and projects as required, applying skills and expertise where needed

Key Responsibilities

• Represent company professionally to clients and venue staff
• Identify and highlight potential risks or opportunities on site
• Ensure technicians follow correct warehouse processes and maintain smooth workflow.
• Ensure van loading is accurate and items returning from Rips are packed and labelled correctly, so that equipment is complete, organized, and ready for future use.
