Wimbledon High School is seeking an ICT Technician to provide practical, customer-focused IT support for staff and pupils. You will diagnose hardware, software, network and access issues and keep users informed as you resolve problems.
You will deploy devices, install approved software, support BYOD and iOS arrangements, and help ensure that classroom and meeting technology is ready for use. Under the ICT Operations Manager, you will assist with system checks and upgrades.
