Recovery Navigator: Substance Use & Care Planning

Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (MPFT) seeks a Recovery Coordinator (Band 5) to join our Drug and Alcohol Services team in England. You will manage a caseload of service users with complex needs, assess risk, and develop recovery plans alongside OST patients.
