Care & Support Worker - Mental Health Recovery (12h Shifts)

Cygnet Hospital Kewstoke is seeking a Care & Support Worker to enhance the recovery journey for people with mental health needs. The role involves 12-hour shifts, both day and night, within a hospital setting by the coast near Weston-super-Mare.

You will work with nurses, therapists and clinical teams to provide compassionate, safe support, helping individuals regain independence and dignity while contributing to a therapeutic environment.
