Tower Hamlets Council is recruiting an Early Identification and Intervention Worker on a fixed-term contract/secondment for up to ten months to support children and families in the South East Locality.
You will lead universal and targeted interventions (such as Little Talkers and Invitation to Play), deliver integrated early help services for 0–19 (25 with SEND), and help ensure accessibility for children with SEND across the borough while safeguarding at all times.
