We're looking for a compassionate and professional Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and leading clinical excellence overnight.
What You'll Do
Deliver safe, effective nursing care tailored to individual resident needs.
Lead and support the night care team, providing guidance and clinical expertise.
Administer and manage medications safely and accurately.
Monitor residents' health and wellbeing, responding promptly to concerns.
Complete clinical assessments, care plans and documentation.
Liaise with families, GPs and healthcare professionals when required.
Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding and regulatory compliance are maintained.
About You
A valid NMC registration (RGN/RMN).
Previous experience within a nursing, residential, dementia or elderly care setting is desirable.
Confident leading teams and making clinical decisions independently.
Strong communication and record-keeping skills.
Compassionate, professional and committed to delivering exceptional care.
Comfortable working night shifts and able to remain calm and responsive in a fast-paced environment.
