The Role

As Supervisor, you'll support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with the day-to-day running of the store. You'll lead by example on the shop floor, help motivate the team and ensure customers receive a great experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the management team with the daily running of the store
• Leading and motivating the team on the shop floor
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Supporting sales and KPI performance
• Coaching and supporting team members
• Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
• Supporting stock management and operational tasks
• Taking responsibility for the store when required

About You

We're looking for someone with:

• Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, Keyholder or Senior Sales Assistant within retail
• A passion for customer service and delivering great experiences
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A commercial approach and understanding of sales targets and KPIs
• A hands‑on attitude and willingness to lead from the front
• The confidence to support and motivate a team
• An interest in fashion, lifestyle or customer‑focused retail
