Hours: 37.5 hours over Monday to Sunday (must be flexible between 8am-8pm)

Salary: £28,565 per annum

As our Patient Advisor - Outpatient Bookings , you'll play a key role in providing an exceptional experience for patients from their very first interaction with St Joseph's Hospital. Working within a friendly, fast-paced, and target-driven team, you'll guide patients through their healthcare journey, manage enquiries and appointments, and deliver outstanding customer service while supporting the growth and success of our outpatient services.

Job Summary

The Outpatient Bookings team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, consistently striving to exceed the expectations of patients, consultants, and colleagues. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our team. The successful candidate will manage patient enquiries and appointments, provide accurate information and support, and contribute to team objectives while ensuring every patient receives a professional, efficient, and positive experience.

• Working within call-handling sales team.
• Worked in Customer Services environment.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to the efficient working of a target driven team.
• Self-motivated and target driven.
• Excellent customer service skills and the understanding of how this benefits the business
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Further Education Qualification e.g. A level, BTEC.
• Worked within CRM Systems.
• Worked in healthcare environment.
