Showroom Sales Consultant. Luxury Interiors and Fabrics

We are recruiting a Showroom Sales Consultant to join one of the best-known names in luxury interiors and fabrics in the Chelsea Harbour. This is a fabulous opportunity to join a prestigious design house, delivering sales through excellent customer service and careful project management.

You will be the face of the showroom, welcoming every visitor and making sure the space looks its very best. You will advise clients on decorative schemes with confidence, drawing on strong product knowledge and a keen eye for detail. From the first design enquiry through to delivery, you will work closely with clients to keep their projects on budget and on time.

The ideal candidate is confident, outgoing, immaculately presented and well spoken. You will be self-motivated, happy working independently, and thorough in everything you do.

2-5 years’ experience in luxury sales, interior design or a design showroom is essential, along with experience in fabric scheming. Extensive knowledge of the Chelsea Harbour customer base is required. An industry related qualification is desirable but not essential.

The role includes attending industry shows and events, occasionally outside normal working hours.

Hours 9:30am-5:30pm Monday-Friday

Based Chelsea Harbour

Key duties include but are not limited to:

• Building long-term client relationships and offering an outstanding welcome to the showroom
• Maintaining the showroom to a high standard at all times, including sample replenishment and pricing
• Partnering with clients on design projects, from specification through to delivery
• Advising customers confidently on decorative schemes
• Promoting collections and new product lines to existing and new customers
• Managing sample ordering requests and liaising with customer services to resolve queries
• Supporting PR, marketing and other departments as required
• Supporting and attending exhibitions, trade shows and promotional events
• Following company Health and Safety procedures at all times
