Monday - Thursday: 9:00am - 5:30pm | Friday: Finish at 3:30pm

We're recruiting three Business Development Account Managers to join a well-established and growing organisation in Cheltenham. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in energy sales, utilities or B2B business development who knows how to open doors, build relationships and create genuine commercial opportunities.

Experience within energy or utilities sales would be a particular advantage, including business energy, electricity, gas, energy procurement, brokerage or renewables. If you're commercially driven, confident speaking with decision-makers and motivated by targets and uncapped earning potential, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Prospecting and generating new B2B opportunities.
Building relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
Understanding client needs and introducing relevant services.
Qualifying prospects and developing genuine sales opportunities.
Using tele, email and LinkedIn to generate new business.
Managing your sales pipeline and maintaining accurate CRM records.
Working towards individual and team sales targets.
Collaborating with the wider sales team to turn opportunities into successful deals.

About You

We're particularly interested in candidates from energy, utilities or commercial B2B sales backgrounds. You may currently work for an energy supplier, energy broker, utilities consultancy, procurement business or another commercial sales organisation.

You’ll ideally have:

Experience in energy sales, utilities sales, business development, telesales or B2B account management.
Confidence speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, resilient and target-driven approach.
Good organisational and pipeline management skills.
Experience using CRM systems.
Energy or utilities experience is highly desirable, but strong B2B sales professionals from other target-driven sectors are also encouraged to apply.
