Location: Old Harlow

Salary: GBP27,000-GBP30,000 depending on experience, plus shared commission

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm

RecruitAbility are looking for a friendly, organised Sales Administrator to join a business in Old Harlow. You'll be a key point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, providing updates and working closely with colleagues to keep day-to-day sales activity running smoothly.

Alongside the administration, you'll need the confidence to build relationships, recognise sales opportunities and explain the company's business in a positive, engaging way. This would suit someone who enjoys a varied role and takes pride in giving customers a helpful, responsive service.

What you'll be doing

• Handling customer enquiries by telephone, email and face to face providing information and arranging follow-up where needed.
• Building relationships with customers, understanding their requirements and helping them explore suitable options.
• Supporting the sales process by following up enquiries and keeping customers informed of progress.
• Managing expectations and handling questions or concerns in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintaining accurate records, updating customer information and completing sales administration.
• Working closely with the team and other colleagues to coordinate tasks and keep information up to date.

What we’re looking for

• A positive, upbeat personality and a confident telephone manner.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport.
• A commercial outlook and the confidence to work professionally with clients
• Good organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage several tasks at once.
• Comfortable using email and computer systems to keep records accurate.
• Experience in sales administration, customer service or a similar role would be useful.
