Senior Technology Recruitment Consultant Birmingham

Birmingham 360 Recruitment High-Commission Opportunity Technology Recruitment

Birmingham £30,000-£45,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (£80,000-£150,000+ OTE) + excellent benefits

Nationwide Recruitment Service (NRS) is seeking a senior IT recruitment consultant for their high-growth recruitment business and an experienced 360 Technology Recruitment Consultant to build and scale a specialist desk in Birmingham.

This role is for a proven biller who thrives on winning business, owning client relationships, and converting opportunities into placements. You will have the autonomy to develop a technology market aligned to your expertise, whether that is Software Engineering, Data & AI, Cloud, Cyber Security, ERP, Product or Digital.

Why this opportunity stands out

High earning potential: A strong commission structure designed to reward consistent billing, new-business success and growth.
True desk ownership: Shape your niche, client base and go-to-market approach rather than inheriting a rigid desk plan.
360 recruitment remit: Own the full cycle, from business development and client acquisition through to candidate management and placement.
Career progression: Build towards leadership and the opportunity to develop a team as your market grows.
Collaborative environment: Access shared opportunities and support from experienced recruitment professionals while retaining the freedom to run your desk commercially.

What you will bring

Demonstrable success as a 360 recruitment consultant, ideally within technology recruitment.
A strong billing record and clear evidence of winning and developing new clients.
Deep knowledge of a technology recruitment specialism and confidence engaging senior decision-makers.
The drive to build a personal brand, create long-term partnerships and maximise your earnings.

If you are a high-performing recruiter looking for greater ownership, uncapped commission and the platform to build something substantial in Birmingham, this is a standout career move. This opportunity would suit recruiters based in Birmingham, Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Coventry, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Dudley, West Bromwich, Warwickshire, Worcestershire and the wider West Midlands region.
