Cancer Research UK in Chelmsford is seeking a motivated Retail Assistant Manager to join our trading team. You’ll support the store manager, lead a large team of staff and volunteers, and help drive sales and fundraising targets in a busy superstore.
You’ll manage display, stock, shop standards, and customer service, while building community ties and delivering creative fundraising events to boost income for our cancer charity. This permanent role offers 37.5 hours per week.
