The Green Party of England and Wales is recruiting a Campaign Organiser to help deliver an ambitious and successful campaign programme across Folkestone and Hythe district in preparation for the Local Elections in May 2027.
Working closely with the South East Field Organiser, local campaign teams, volunteers, candidates and elected representatives, you will play a key role in building campaign capacity, coordinating volunteers and supporting the delivery of effective local election campaigns. Through strong organisation, relationship building and practical campaign support, the role will help turn local enthusiasm into well-planned, high-impact campaigning activity.

Recruit, coordinate and develop volunteers, building long-term capacity across the local party.
Maintain accurate campaign records, databases, calendars, webpages and volunteer systems.
Build effective relationships with the Local Party Executive, councillors, candidates and staff.

It is a fixed term contract to 11 June 2027 and includes work outside of typical office hours according to campaign needs. The role is remote within the UK with frequent travel around Folkestone and Hythe district, and reports to the South East Field Organiser.
