TRAINEE SALES NEGOTIATOR - CUSTOMER SERVICE

Basic Salary: £26,393.75 + Bonus (£31,150.00 OTE)

Known internally as a Sales Negotiator, if you decide this Trainee Sales Negotiator - Customer Service position is the role for you then you'll be joining the UK's largest group of property services, a business that is constantly looking to expand, and one that will give you the challenge and security needed in todays job market.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

This role is all about customer service. It's about being able to understand your customers and stakeholders, having the emotional intelligence to put yourself in their shoes and give them unrivalled support through property transactions.

You’ll need to be professional, adaptable, and comfortable communicating both in written and verbal format with various stakeholders, but most of all, you need to be approachable and someone people feel comfortable with, someone they can trust.

REQUIREMENTS

And now for the nitty gritty:

It goes without saying that the biggest element of this role is customer service and communication, and whether it's on the phone, in person, or via email, you'll need to be able to communicate with the best of them! You’ll be a great listener and confident problem solver too.

We would like to see evidence of you having previously worked in a busy office environment successfully, ideally in a customer service or sales position.

Finally, you’ll be computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft software and be able and willing to work out of our St. Ives office in Cambridgeshire.

Please note that this role exists within two different departments at Move With Us - Developer and Probate - with the respective team managers responsible for the allocation of the successful candidate, however should a candidate express a preference for a particular team this will be taken into consideration if both wish to make an offer.
