Homebuyer Experience Coordinator

Crest Nicholson's South West Division is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Stoke Gifford office on a 1 year Fixed Term Contract. You will guide and support customers through their new homes purchase, assisting with snagging issues or remedial works.

You will coordinate with contractors and site teams, handle customer queries, report issues to the appropriate teams, and follow up to ensure resolution and satisfaction, delivering a smooth buying experience.
