HQN Ltd is seeking a friendly and proactive member to join our Contact Team in Portishead. You will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving queries and ensuring we get things right from the start, building trust and satisfaction.
You’ll also support with administrative tasks and may help coordinate maintenance visits so our Home Repairs Team can continue delivering high-quality repairs. This role offers development opportunities within the wider organisation.
