Customer Success Consultant — Branch & Online

Skipton Building Society is seeking a Customer Consultant to support Bridlington and Scarborough branches. The permanent 36-hour week role focuses on first contact with customers, understanding needs, and offering tailored savings products with a friendly, professional service.

You will engage customers face to face, by phone or online, and maintain accurate records while adhering to policies. A diverse background in customer-facing roles is welcomed and encouraged.
