JUNIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT
Nottingham Full-Time In-Person Role

Our client is expanding their Nottingham team and is looking for driven, personable individuals to join as a Junior Business Development Assistant. This is a hands‑on introduction to how businesses grow winning new customers, building relationships, and representing brands out in the field.

You don't need a business background or prior experience. What matters is your attitude, your ability to connect with people, and your willingness to learn. Full training is provided from day one, with a genuine path into more senior business development and account management roles.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Meeting new customers face‑to‑face and identifying opportunities to grow the client's business
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Presenting products, services, and offers clearly and professionally
• Supporting the end‑to‑end process from first conversation through to sign‑up
• Working towards individual and team growth targets
• Learning the fundamentals of business development, negotiation, and client management
• Taking part in regular training and coaching to build toward more senior responsibility

• Coachable and keen to develop commercial skills
• No experience required full training given

PAY & PROGRESSION

• £600 £800 OTE per week
• Uncapped commission and performance‑based bonuses
• Full structured training programme
• Ongoing mentoring and development support
• Clear progression route into senior business development or account management positions
