The successful candidate will be responsible for driving exceptional customer service standards, delivering key performance results and supporting the development of the teams across the contract.
Manage the day-to-day operations ensuring that the highest levels of customer service and safety are achieved across the contract
Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to take on this role., Be highly motivated, enthusiastic and have a can do attitude
Be both a role model for the customer service teams and make the centres a fun and friendly environment for both colleagues and customers alike
Have excellent communication skills and be confident in using computers
Be able to work under your own initiative
Be able to manage stock control systems and retail products across the contract
You will be required to workdays, evenings and weekends. Full training will be given on the centre's systems.
