Are you looking to make some extra money in the months running up to Christmas? We're looking for people to work with us from Mid August until the Christmas/New Year to create beautiful hampers and pack customers Christmas orders in our warehouse.

Our Warehouse Picker Packers

In the countdown to Christmas, our team bring gift hampers to life - packed with food, drink, home and garden treasures, each one designed to surprise and delight. As part of the team, you’ll check items for quality, arrange them so every hamper looks inviting, and hit daily and weekly targets in our buzzing warehouse. It’s creative, hands-on work where your eye for detail makes all the difference - and every box you pack is a gift ready to wow. Then, nearer to Christmas you will form part of the picking and packing team sending out festive gifts and the hampers you helped build.

What we can offer

• Complimentary choice of staff meals each shift - crafted by our dedicated kitchen team in the canteen, often featuring fresh produce from our estate, with additional access to breakfast items and a selection of handmade sandwiches throughout the day.
• Staff uniform, including fleece, sweatshirt and safety footwear
• Complimentary garden membership for you to enjoy the Estate with your friends and family
• Stay in shape with our complimentary use of our gym and wellbeing classes
• 50% off spa treatments for you and one guest
• Enjoy shopping in both our shops on estate and online with a 30% discount
• On-demand access to a portion of your earnings as well as high street brand discounts via the Stream app
• A team that knows how to have fun with regular team engagement activities including Fun Squad events, which include activities such as Go-Karting and Wine Tasting, to name but a few.

What we're looking for

If you’ve got an eye for detail and a love of beautiful presentation, you’ll feel right at home with us. We’re looking for someone who’s quick to learn, enjoys working with premium products, and can keep up the pace without ever cutting corners. A positive attitude and team spirit are essential, along with being comfortable on your feet. There will also be some occasional heavy lifting involved, as well as some cold store picking and packing for our fresh products closer to Christmas. You’ll be joining a close-knit Ecommerce Warehouse team of 6 full-time staff that grows to 25-30+ in the countdown to Christmas - all reporting into our supportive Warehouse Manager.
