This role sits directly beside the director — picking up operational projects, fixing how information moves around the business, and seeing things through without needing to be chased.
What you’ll actually do
Own live projects end-to-end
Help coordinate day-to-day operational directives so the right people have the right information at the right time
Support marketing and client-facing projects when they land
Who we’re looking for

Strong, clear communicator across WhatsApp, email, and in person
Organised enough to run multiple projects at once without dropping anything
Comfortable in a small business where the structure is flat and the pace is real
