• Attend college where you will work and learn alongside engineering apprentices from other industries
• Study and complete coursework and consistently achieve high results in exams and assessments.
• Complete a comprehensive portfolio of evidence to complete your training.
• Enthusiasm about the railway industry and have a keen interest in engineering.
• The ability to be part of a team culture.
• A levels or GCSEs at a grade 5 in Maths, English, IT subjects and Science as a minimum.

Eurostar is launching the 2027 Maintenance & Availability (M&A) Apprenticeship Scheme for Traction & Rolling Stock at EECTM. Eurostar has two fleets of high-speed trains; you will have the chance to use your knowledge to deliver innovative solutions and help Eurostar become Europe's most loved travel experience. A Eurostar Apprentice will gain hands on experience with some of the most advanced and complicated rolling stock equipment available in the rail industry while learning from a highly experienced team.
