Property Maintenance & Safety Officer

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Maintenance/Assets Officer to join a Glasgow-based Housing Association for a six‑month term. You will deliver a robust maintenance service across a designated patch, ensuring tenant safety, compliance, and high service standards.

You will manage reactive repairs, oversee estate services, carry out property inspections, handle alterations and improvement applications, and support KPI reporting and policy adherence with tenants, contractors and senior teams.
