Logistics Co-ordinator

Location: Duxford, Cambridgeshire
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, either:7:30am - 5:00pm, or 8:00am - 5:30pm

Salary: GBP33,000 - GBP35,000 per annum (GBP15.00 - GBP16.00 per hour)

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented Logistics Co-ordinator to support the smooth running of our prestigious client's logistics and order fulfilment operations. Working closely with internal teams, customers, carriers and international partners, you will ensure products are delivered on time while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and co-ordinating daily logistics activities and shipments.
• Managing Amazon order fulfilment and ensuring service level requirements are met.
• Processing and co-ordinating international orders and export shipments.
• Producing and maintaining shipping documentation and export certificates.
• Liaising with couriers, freight forwarders and third-party logistics providers.
• Monitoring stock movements and delivery schedules.
• Resolving delivery and supply chain queries efficiently.
• Maintaining accurate logistics records and system data.
• Working closely with production and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order dispatch.

About You

The successful candidate will be:

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident managing multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Experienced in logistics, supply chain, shipping or order co-ordination.
• Comfortable dealing with Amazon orders and e-commerce fulfilment processes.
• Familiar with export documentation, certificates and international shipping requirements.
• A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
