FLT Driver - Bicester

Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Driver to join our client based in Bicester .

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a Monday - Friday role with the potential to secure a permanent position following a successful trial period.

Location: Bicester
Pay: £14.00 - £14.50 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: 10:00am - 8:00pm
Days: Monday - Friday
Start: Immediately
Position: Temp-to-Perm following a successful trial period

What we’re looking for:

Previous FLT experience
In‑date, accredited FLT licence - essential
Good understanding of warehouse operations
Reliable and punctual
Good attention to health & safety
Able to work independently and as part of a team

The role:

You’ll be working within a busy warehouse environment, carrying out FLT duties alongside general warehouse responsibilities. You’ll need to be confident operating a forklift safely and efficiently while following all site procedures.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity , so for the right person there is the potential to move into a permanent position after a successful trial period.
