Commercial Plumber

Company van and fuel card

Looking for well-organised jobs where your experience and workmanship are valued?

Dura Mechanical Ltd is expanding and looking for a Commercial Plumber to join our team.

We are a Leeds-based mechanical contractor specialising in commercial and industrial mechanical installations.

We pride ourselves on organising jobs before the first day on site, so you have the information, materials and support you need to get on with the work.

Why join Dura Mechanical?

You'll work closely with a hands-on director who enjoys visiting sites, seeing progress and understanding what the team needs.

Our engineers feel heard and their decisions are respected. We want you to have a voice, take pride in your installations and see the difference your contribution makes.

There is also scope to build your experience across different commercial mechanical installations and progress towards responsibility for a team or section of work as your confidence and experience develop.

What you'll be doing

Your duties will vary by project and may include:

• Setting out and installing pipework and equipment.
• Commercial plumbing, including Gas and drainage works.
• Coordinating your work with other trades.
• Testing completed work.
• Maintaining a high standard of workmanship throughout each installation.

What we are looking for

• Excellent knowledge of Gas and Plumbing systems.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive attitude towards daily tasks.
• A high level of workmanship and pride in your work.
• Our company is built on a strong reputation for the quality of our installations.

Travel and support

• Company van and fuel card.
• Nationwide sites, with travel depending on the project and where you live.
• Some projects require overnight stays. Accommodation is paid for by Dura Mechanical, with a meal allowance.
• We aim to discuss overnight requirements in advance so you can plan.
• Opportunities to develop your knowledge and take on greater responsibility.
