Insurance Renewals Specialist

Howden is recruiting a Renewal Coordinator for our Gloucester office to support Insurance Advisers in selecting the right policy and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will manage renewals end-to-end, submit applications, communicate by phone, email, and SMS, and help retain customers by explaining options and negotiating terms with insurers.
