The Pearson Whiffin Recruitment Group is recruiting a Factory Operative to join a busy foundry team in Medway. You will support aluminium casting operations, including melt preparation, mould handling, and manual pouring of molten metal in an industrial setting.
Working Monday–Thursday 06:00–16:30 (40 hours per week) with a four-day week and long weekends. Competitive hourly rate of £12.86, permanent full-time employment.
