Production Coordinator

# Production Coordinator* Description Optomen TV are looking for an organised, proactive Production Coordinator to start ASAP until Monday 19 October 2026, supporting the preparation and filming of a large event for a documentary production. The role will initially be based in London, coordinating crew, travel, accommodation, schedules and filming logistics. You’ll then travel to Carlisle from Wednesday 14 to Saturday 17 October, attending the shoot and providing production support on location. The ideal candidate will have: Experience coordinating busy shoots and managing complex logistics. Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt as plans change. A calm, practical approach to working on location. Experience in observational documentaries and working with global streamers would be helpful. This is a short-term role, with further opportunities expected as the production progresses. Please apply with your CV and availability.
