Paralegal (Family)

Are you passionate about helping people through some of the most challenging periods of their lives?, We are seeking a Paralegal to join our Family Law Emergency Team, working on a range of family law matters, including injunction applications and private children proceedings. Working alongside experienced Family Lawyers, you will assist with legal drafting, Legal Aid applications, case progression and file management, while supporting clients throughout their matter and assisting with the preparation of court documentation. This role would particularly suit someone with a genuine interest in supporting victims of domestic abuse and providing compassionate, practical legal support when it is needed most., Join our award-winning Family Law team, recently recognised as Family Law Firm of the Year (Midlands & Wales). • Previous Paralegal or Legal Assistant experience within a legal environment, ideally Family Law (however full training will be provided);
• Experience of Legal Aid work and/or using CCMS;
• Knowledge of injunction work and private children matters;
• Experience drafting professional correspondence and legal documentation.
