A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Trade Mark Formalities Paralegal to join a well-established and growing IP team in London. This is an ideal role for someone looking to build on their trade mark experience within a supportive and professional environment, working alongside experienced professionals.

The role will involve a broad range of trade mark formalities, including applications, renewals, oppositions, recordals and registry matters. You'll also be responsible for managing deadlines, maintaining client portfolios, preparing reports and cost estimates, and liaising with clients and overseas agents.

We're looking for someone with strong trade mark formalities experience, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy workload.
