Shift Details

Full-time contracts available, with shifts typically between 8:00am and 10:00pm , Monday to Sunday.

• Rotational shifts including days, evenings, weekends and sleep-ins
• Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the people we support

As a Support Worker in East Lancashire, you’ll be supporting adults with a range of needs including learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries and mental health needs . Lifeways support is designed around each individual’s preferences, routines and aspirations.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Personal care routines
• Meal preparation and household tasks
• Supporting with appointments
• Social and community activities
• Encouraging independence and developing life skills
• Promoting choice, dignity and personalised support
