Electrician

You will be responsible for carrying out electrical inspection, testing, remedial works and associated electrical duties within occupied and void social housing properties, ensuring all work is completed to current regulations and high safety standards.,

• Electrical inspection and testing in social housing properties
• Completing EICRs and associated certification accurately
• Carrying out remedial works where required
• Ensuring compliance with current regulations and company procedures
• Providing a professional and customer-focused service to tenants
  C&G 2382 - 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification
• C&G 2391 - Inspection & Testing (or equivalent)
• 2-3 years' proven experience in inspection and testing
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong knowledge of current electrical regulations and standards
  Ongoing work within social housing
• Consistent projects in the Milton Keynes area
• Opportunity to work with a well-established contractor
