Vehicle Technician - Redditch

We are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician, Automotive Technician, Motor Vehicle Technician or Car Technician to join a busy main dealership in Redditch. Applicants must hold a Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK. Previous experience within a main dealership or independent garage is required. An MOT Tester Licence is advantageous but not essential.

Location: Redditch

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 Basic

OTE: £45,000+ | Uncapped Bonus + Paid Overtime

On-site parkingVehicle Technician Role

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to a high standard
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and electronic faults using modern diagnostic equipment
• Complete vehicle repairs efficiently and accurately
• Carry out electronic vehicle health checks and identify additional work
• Maintain accurate job cards, service records and workshop documentation
• Work closely with Service Advisors and the wider workshop team
• Follow all workshop, quality and Health & Safety procedures

Vehicle Technician Requirements

• Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Competence, or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Automotive Technician, Motor Vehicle Technician or Car Technician
• Experience within a main dealership or independent garage
• Strong servicing, repair and diagnostic skills
• MOT Tester Licence is advantageous but not essential
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Right to work in the UK
